    We call back

    Same working day, usually within two hours. Five minutes on the phone tells us whether this is a repair, a re-roof or a wait-and-watch.

    We walk the roof

    About an hour on site. Sounding grid, moisture readings, photographs of everything that is not right, and a look in the attic.

    You get the report

    Written, photographed, priced line by line. Yours to keep, use for insurance, or take to another contractor for comparison.
